  1. A really excellent shot. Even with such thin resolution and distance, I can easily spot the sun spiking over the rim of Aristarchus and the plateau. Well done.

    These have all been taken with a Canon digital with 300 mm telephoto lens mounted. Most are from a tripod with a remote shutter activator. While my blog is copyrighted, I will give you, Joel Raupe, permission to reprint the moon photos only at your blog if you wish to. It’s quite interesting, and will get added to my bookmarks and sidebar.
