    They are doing what they do best. Spending our money.

    I can understand Congress needing operating expenses, that is why they have a budget. At a time when we are told to tighten expenses and spending, this sends the wrong message.

    I have heard no rationale behind the reasoning of giving our Senators and Representatives an additional $93k to their budgets.
