Lawless Cities should lose Federal Aid

If cities like Los Angeles continue to import poverty by supporting illegal immigration through LAX enforcement then federal aid should cease to that city. It’s pretty simple. If you encourage illegal aliens, and take purposeful measures to ensure that federal laws are ignored, then you should bear the burden of your decision without the aid of the rest of the countries taxpayers.
